My overall experience was good. Company offered good benefits, reasonable pay, and hybrid/in-office flexibility. Inbound leads were virtually non-existent and the environment was a bit canibalistic, seemingly by design. Line management needed development and training. Mobility and career advancement was nearly impossible unless you wanted to go from sales to technician (about 25% pay decrease.) Go here with a specific plan of upward mobility and get a mentor.
