Current Employee ComCast Business is investing heavily in its mid market and Enterprise business teams, as it already has a dominant position in the SMB space. The company is very, very stable financially. Leadership is strong, but personable and experienced with long tenure on average.
My team specifically is an expansion team in the north east, so there are some growing pains in terms of processes and procedures, as our team is brand new. But the company has the resources and the right people in place to address those challenges, they care about winning, and they will Work together, even across departments to get the issues resolved. I am new to the company as it has only been two months since I started, but I feel like I am in a good position in a very well respected company that is now a challenger according to Gartner’s magic quadrant. We have lots of runway and nowhere to go but up, I see a bright future at ComCast Business.
