My experience was positive for the most part. The team felt like an extended family. The company gives ample opportunity to get back on track if you fall short of quotas. The base pay plus commissions and bonuses are competitive.

Great company great culture. A lot of new pressure about selling cellphone services which affects the pay. Once the pay gets affected the moral is not there anymore, no one is happy.

My overall experience has been extremely positive from a career standpoint. Some of the individual contributor roles can feel overworked and underpaid, but the investment in professional development is second to none. Very diverse employee body, and great benefits like stock options. discounted internet, cable, and phone service to employees. Thorough training of systems and sales organization. strict 40-hour work weeks, no working more than 40 hours on company time.
