Inbound leads are few and far between, and are often existing customers attempting to reach different departments within the organization. Lots of gray area in regard to accounts that are owned and not allowed to be worked, taking time away from doing the job of outreaching to new prospects. Big focus of celebrating wins, and developing your career which is a major plus. Remote work gives great flexibility.

Management is terrible, they are not supportive in anyway. Multiple areas post sale usually interfere with the sale and you end up having to do double the work because of their incompetence. Team members have assigned territory but will all poach your territory. If you address the issue they target you and say you need to work harder. Lots of wasted time on meetings...Read More
