My overall experience has been extremely positive from a career standpoint. Some of the individual contributor roles can feel overworked and underpaid, but the investment in professional development is second to none. I have been promoted 3 times in 5 years on the basis of merit, not tenure or poltitics. If I left the company tomorrow, I could take my acquired skills and implement profound change for another employer that just simply does not exist in other companies a cultural and professional enrichment perspective.
