Strong brand, good benefits and ok pay, over penetrated market, questionable leadership. Full of problems for employees and customers alike. Good to consider especially if starting sales career, but quickly dismiss if it's not objectively better than other options.

Great opportunity if you're motivated. Leadership is great. The market is kind of saturated with managed solutions, but with the acquisition of Masergy, we have the strongest position in the market over the next few years.
