After leaving the company I was told that I would still be receiving commission as they connect. Come to find out that my previous manager and colleagues are cancelling my orders and resubmitting them. It will appear as a new sale and they will now receive the commission for it.

Strong brand, good benefits and ok pay, over penetrated market, questionable leadership. Full of problems for employees and customers alike. Good to consider especially if starting sales career, but quickly dismiss if it's not objectively better than other options.
