Overall the company has great potential for a lengthy career. The team I was on however was not current on competition as they only considered other telecom companies vs IT service companies as competitors in the Managed Service space that I was supposed to be focused on. Additionally my role was supposed to have a defined set of accounts however leadership never provided and was only focused on legacy landline solutions and recruiting employees from that industry. I know there are leaders within the organization however my team barely had a manager.

Good company with a good culture. Sales teams are not supported well and there is a ton of backend wrangling to push deals through and an overall poor support system despite a ton of resources

Management is terrible, they are not supportive in anyway. Multiple areas post sale usually interfere with the sale and you end up having to do double the work because of their incompetence. Team members have assigned territory but will all poach your territory. If you address the issue they target you and say you need to work harder. Lots of wasted time on meetings...Read More
