I would not suggest working at Community Brands. Solutions have not been updated for years, the comp plans continue to get worse year over year and leadership is fired/ hired annually so a true vision is never created.

My overall experience was incredibly negative - constantly shifting goals and expectations, ridiculous quotas assigned by leadership that were missed across the board, very poor communication, zero development or training, would not recommend.

There is a lack of solid leadership and vision within the company. You are left to "figure out" the internal components of quoting in the CRM, asking questions from unknown hierarchies, and their inability to turn internal questions around is too time-consuming.
