This is very unorganized company. The operations, accountability all have opportunities. This isn’t a role I’d recommend to someone with minimal experience. Also not a role with the required amount of experience based on compensation. The roles are only filled due to the current economy.

Warped targets from leadership who is actively hoping you won’t hit quota. Big wins are rewarded with huge quota increases. May improve post merger.
