IMO Compass has the best tech stack of any real estate brokerage. Rather then clicking between 3 mls screens, a CRM a resource center and having multiple websites to juggle it puts everything in one dashboard which saves a ton of time

Major issues with leadership. Three rounds of layoffs in 6 months, constant gaslighting, unachievable goals unless you absolutely kill yourself. This is a recruiting job not sales.
