Former Employee Mediocre. More than other places, your success will depend on whether you end up with a good territory and a good management team. They frequently promote from within but do not train new managers/RDs HOW to manage. As many know, being a rep and managing a team of reps are two very different skill sets. So if you end up with a good reporting chain and a good territory, then you may enjoy it . Good luck
