I am still getting ramped up and learning about the organization. I think the 40 - 50% range is accurate, but the comp plan is somewhat complex as there are many metrics reps get comped / measured on.

Company still undergoing transition, but with huge potential if the organisation can learn to not sell just to technical buyers. Excellent remote-first model, but struggling with too many levels of management slowing down decision making and approvals, as well as too much complexity in the overall go to market model.

Solid product with solid compensation, training, and structure. Product is truly groundbreaking and establishing itself in the market as a platform. Scaling is difficult and adoption is still early in the market.
