Confluent has a solid product, recognizable in the market but majority of companies are still not 100% sure of the ideal use cases and sometimes confuse technologies that are not even a true competitor as one. Compensation wise, it pays above average (I know because interviewed for many and got multiple offers) but they are about to change the compensation plans...Read More
