Current Employee The product and market fit are really great, they hit the spot of current needs in most industries.
The mentality, culture and way of working is not for me though.There is no sense of belonging, no team spirit (especially between SEs and AEs), forecasting is the only thing that matters and no one cares about your personal growth and/or enablement.
Deal cycles are very long, which is ok in this space. But the way supporting roles are designed, the internal processes are more frustrating than the selling process towards the customer.
