Multiple middle management folks that have never sold or had a quota in tech sales that can't help or offer incites or a sales process. Some Managers care more about how many days you are in the office than they care about actual sales.

Former Employee2.9Jun 28, 2024My overall experience was that the company still focuses primarily on hardware sales and hasn't evolved to solutions sales including platform, cloud vendor, artificial intelligence, and user experience. The CRM platforms are disjointed and partially antiquated.
