No startup is perfect but what I've worked for many high-growth startups and the culture at Continu is one of the best. Great balance between urgency and trust/support. There are definitely profiles of AE that aren't a fit if you just want to fall back on process, but if you have a growth mindset and want to build, Continu's PMF makes it the place to be in HR tech.
