Change in Sales leadership new CRO was a total train wreck. Changed every sales process when things were working well, including pricing and licensing. New CRO treats people like dirt, plays favorites with his hires, destroyed inbound prospecting and expects sales reps to make up the difference.

My experience started out great but as I went along, each quarter, they would move the goal posts for our quota. If you are doing well, they penalize you and try to pay you less commission.
