A ship without a sail, and the water is filling up fast. The team wants to win and the talent is there, but the reality is the product. Competitors have finally caught up, and they show up in every single deal. Unless you’re hired into one of the legacy verticals (Auto or Sports), expect to lean heavily on relationship building and persistence just to stay competitive.

Conversica was a great company to be a part of. The organization is very structured and organized. They are fast growing, fast paced and thus expect a great deal from the employees. Nothing negative to say about the organization.
