Good autonome, flexible in a way but micromanagement and bad recognition/ knowlegdge of our job. Bad alignement between target , com plan and reality

Unfortunately there is lots of churn and shifting priorities. IMO this is resulting in poor company performance. I watched them cut reps right around the time it “clicked”. It created a cascading effect of pushing more burden on newer people. If you speak up you might not be around.
