My overall experience was frustrating as the P2P product offering is very complex. With several software platforms being tied together, and no real training around value for each piece specifically, only around the full purchase of end to end solutions.

Overall experience is mixed - the base salary is good and the product has potential and resonates in the market. The comp structure for commission is not motivating, the operational teams struggle to onboard business, which further makes the commission structure more frustrating and unsustainable.
