Current Employee Overall experience is mixed - the base salary is good and the product has potential and resonates in the market. The comp structure for commission is not motivating, the operational teams struggle to onboard business, which further makes the commission structure more frustrating and unsustainable. I don’t know anyone that came close to quota - so OTE is a complete joke. Comp plans are routinely delayed, making the new fiscal years especially vague and hard to navigate.
Some changes in leadership to create a more entrepreneurial culture and one that lives up to their goal of “one size fits one” would make things significantly better. Right now it’s a promise that sounds good on paper, but never shows up when it’s time to show the customer what we can do.
Potential if they get things right, but losing lots of good people via attrition and riffs that makes this outcome more and more unlikely by the day.
