When I first started at this organization it was amazing. Great leadership and great opportunites for growth and moving up within the organization. Since we got bought by PE the company has suffered and there is zero culture and zero opportunities for growth. Executive leadership is awful and gives no opportunity for pay increase or the ability to reach quota
