Current Employee Over 5 years sales incentives have decreased. No raise, took away sabbatical, reduced remote reimbursements, and drastic reduction in travel.
Constant management changes, account shifts, new processes and roadblocks that impact the flow of work. The worst recently, is a weekly progress report about conversations and activities via Word doc. I used to recommend this company to all peers but as of this year, Cornerstone has taken a down turn. I hope to see them improve in the future.
