Former Employee I had a very positive experience working at Cornerstone OnDemand. The company offers a supportive and relatively healthy work environment, making it a great place to grow both personally and professionally. The team is collaborative, and there’s a strong emphasis on employee development, which I truly appreciated.
However, I believe the product itself needs major updates to keep pace with industry standards and user expectations. While the foundation is solid, enhancing certain features and functionalities would significantly improve the overall user experience.
Overall, I enjoyed my time at Cornerstone OnDemand and would recommend it as a workplace, but I hope to see continued investment in product improvements in the future.
