Not a competitive base compared to other companies. I think they rely on ESPP/RSUs as a way of making up for it.

Great company, great product. Upward mobility and quota attainment are very poor. That being said, the commission structure is built in a way that you can well out earn OTE without hitting quota, but this has been changing with more corporate leadership being brought on board.
