The executive team all have their skills but everyone of them is punching above their weight and performing a role they haven't done before. CrowdStrike needs some experienced executives that have knowledge of how a $10bn ARR company is structured and operates. Without this the risk of doing everything that seems a good idea, all the time, will burn out the sales team and frustrate the A players.

Sales leadership is disconnected from the reality of what customers are facing and asking for. The comp plan is steadily getting worse YoY as the company grows and begins to undervalue existing employees and put more focus on cost savings for growth.
