Former Employee3.3May 8, 2025it was an amazing company at the start of my tenure here but they kept replacing sales leadership with people selling to them metrics driven solutions. It led to poor culture, the wrong incentives and comp plan adjustments to the detriment of the sales team. On the other hand, the whole market seems to be going this way.
