Current Employee Sadly at CrowdStrike, they have enabled a culture of sellers where it’s less important of how hard you work and grow as a seller, and more important what team you’re on and what their market opportunities look like.
There are many hard working and skilled sellers throughout the org, but there are also a large amount of rest and vest sellers who rarely hunt for business or leadership who rarely enable their teams to innovate, but seem to out perform even the hardest working people at the company.
