Absolutely love CrowdStrike - best company I’ve ever worked for. The only area for improvement is making compensation more competitive, but they do a good job making up for this with ESPP. High performers still earn a ton of money.

Still a startup working as a 6,000+ employee organization. There are good and bad - product is outstanding, though, if you spend the time to truly understand all 25+ modules

The corporate org on the new business side is bloated and overhired. SFDC data is horrid, giving you a completely make-believe TAM based on a wildly inaccurate D&B employee count. Of the 250-300 accounts you get, you might have 70 workable accounts; the rest are defunct or duplicates.

CrowdStrike is a great place to work if you like being part of a winning team. The product is top notch, people are sharp, and the brand carries a lot of weight with customers. It’s definitely a fast paced environment with high expectations, but you learn a ton and get to work on meaningful deals. Quotas can be tough, but the upside is solid if you perform.
