Management doesn’t seem to knows what’s going on most of the time and there is a huge disconnect between managers and employees. Good culture, low pay.

The SMB market has gotten too saturated. The degree of micromanagement has been genuinely shocking. Very few people are hitting quota and we are getting blamed nonstop for that.

Really depends on territory. Went from attaining over 150% to barely hitting quota when changing territories.
