The SDR org is going downhill quickly. Changes with leadership have negatively impacted the culture. There is a log jam of SDRs that are ready for promotion but limited opportunity to move up and there is no internal coaching or training to prepare you for the next role.

CrowdStrike undoubtedly has a top tier product and the talent to sell it is good. When I joined nearly 3 years ago, my segment was a bit smaller and more focused. My segment got bigger and experimented more with adding more teams and sub-verticals (ie. Co-selling with AWS).
