However, my overall experience was tainted by an inexperienced Sales Director who created a toxic positivity culture within the sales team. Commission structure is poor and doesn’t incentivise the right behaviours.

It doesn’t set a tone for long term positive culture and considering this company is all about “culture” they’re coming up significantly short of the mark.
