Disappointing. The goalposts keep moving and it seems like higher up leadership is consistently doubling back on promises. It doesn’t set a tone for long term positive culture and considering this company is all about “culture” they’re coming up significantly short of the mark.

There are many good people at Culture Amp who are nice to work with. However, my overall experience was tainted by an inexperienced Sales Director who created a toxic positivity culture within the sales team. Commission structure is poor and doesn’t incentivise the right behaviours.

I was there over 3 years ago. In hindsight, it is very good base pay but a poor variable, and the options are far from being meaningfully valuable. Based on my extensive research having stayed in close contact with people there, this is a company heavily in decline.
