The culture at this organization is no longer what it used to be. Leaders have no idea how to lead and most have 0 to no experience. They continue to change and push new initiatives, do not take action on feedback from their employees, and continue to highlight new roles in the org without recognizing that it's because people are leaving. Work/Life balance does not exist - people are BURNT out. As another review said, the good ol days are OVER. They have been and they aren't coming back. People are just trying to survive at this point.

Overall, a good company. Culture Amp is having to figure out its sales org and it’s required a lot of sacrifice, but once that’s figured out it’d be an amazing place to work. Tons of good people and a lot of customers are raving fans.

I suspect there is going to be a mass exodus of employees over the next several months (sales, customer success, and people science). No one is happy here.
