I suspect there is going to be a mass exodus of employees over the next several months (sales, customer success, and people science). No one is happy here. The AE role is turning into a glorified SDR role (they’re even tying outbounding to our OTE now - even if you hit your numbers, if you don’t get the number of outbound opps they want you to, you won’t get your full OTE payout). If you’re seeking an AE role where you can earn a lot by hitting numbers, this is not the place for you.

They increased base compensation in the past 12 months to attract talented and experience enterprise sellers. The reality is the outbound tools and product offering is not enterprise ready for the NA Market to sell beyond the flagship offering.
