Former Employee3.4Jun 12, 2024Lack of comp plan that fairly incentivises sales people makes it a hard place to stay longterm.
Current Employee3.4Jul 27, 2023The good old days are gone. Culture & values has been replaced w/ unqualified leaders, unfair & irrational processes, & just general apathy (especially in sales). Culture Amp could get away with a bogus comp package b/c it had such a thriving culture, but now we are all just underpaid and miserable

Current Employee2.6Aug 20, 2025They increased base compensation in the past 12 months to attract talented and experience enterprise sellers. The reality is the outbound tools and product offering is not enterprise ready for the NA Market to sell beyond the flagship offering.

Current Employee4.0Jul 29, 2024I am cautiously hopeful about working at Culture Amp. Lots of changes on the horizon that appear to be optimistic and at least in theory are going to be beneficial for myself as a seller. Having said that, the industry is currently experiencing a lot of turbulence so I am sure working at Culture Amp it's a similar experience as with other tech organizations.
