Customer.io is growing quickly, and there is a lot of excitement internally. Management is helpful, sharp, and motivated. Teammates are fun to work with, friendly, and communicative. There are certainly growing pains associated with and "building the plane mid-flight" can be challenging/frustrating at times. But I fully trust my team and leadership to get us where we need to go. The product is awesome and holds up against the competition. Mar-tech is over-saturated, but Customer.io is currently making a splash in the market.

Love the culture and my leadership/team! It’s fully remote and they actually do a lot to make everyone feel included (in my experience). The required sales process is pretty different from industry standard and I think it hurts deals in the end - especially the larger MM/ENT ones.
