Great company overall in terms of people culture and remote benefits, however if you want to have a successful, long-term sales career you must factor in poor management and the fact that the team struggles to hit quota consistently. Average deal size is anywhere between 12-20k and that's mid-market. The company could probably do better with less sales reps, which it seems like leadership is starting to recognize as per recent redundancies.

Customer.io is growing quickly, and there is a lot of excitement internally. Management is helpful, sharp, and motivated. Teammates are fun to work with, friendly, and communicative.
