Overall a good place to start your sales career. Good team culture and solid training program with ongoing SL&D. Comp is low compared to other organizations but inline with beginning a career in sales at the time.

Positive experience. The people at Cvent are great, and generally leadership enables you to sell. The marketing and inbound leads are very good and people frequently “boomerang” back because it’s an enjoyable place to work. But the comp team doesn’t even understand how reps get paid.
