Its now lost its identity and is trying to be more than event tech which is creating an identity crisis. Also having massive amounts of internal meetings taking away from sales time while quota is going up 40%.

Former Employee2.9Jun 28, 2023Leadership lead by fear and don’t offer management support for aspiring leaders. Pay is not competitive for SAAS and often not equal or transparent between departments. Culture was slightly toxic with US leadership ruling over rest of world, but EMEA leaders were good for the most part. AM/AE comp plans are always difficult to interpret/in dispute.
