Non innovative leadership, adverse to risk. Poor processes, or none developed. Senior leadership do not communicate and / or have conflicting goals. Product developments take years to launch, too late and the expense can not be justified in market. Decent professional development opportunities, but will be good for external movement not internal.

Targets for quota are almost unreachable as leadership is trying to drive more outbound, however the current tech stack cannot support efficient outbound sales. Leadership and culture are top notch as well as great support for work/life balance.
