Current Employee Incredibly fast growing software company. A lot of opportunity here to grow, improve and build out processes and take the company to the next level. Culture is great, everyone in the organization is working towards the same goal which cultivates a very collaborative environment. Ideas are always welcome and good ideas are implemented very quickly. High lead flow (completely inbound so no prospecting done by AEs) and very high earning potential. Great product / market fit and continued investment in the product.
There are some growing pains that come with a fast growing startup. Management is always trying new ideas and making changes to improve but it can be exhausting to some. Also a very high velocity sales process meaning lots of calls and packed calendars. You will have to work hard but there is great earnings potential if you are willing to put in the work.
