I've been here for over a year and I’ve felt genuinely supported since day one! everyone wants to see each other succeed. You’re trusted to do your thing but there’s always help if you need it. The pay and commission are fair and everything is super transparent. Overall great place to work!

Not great. Company is struggling to retain customers and moving more and more down market. Really a churn a burn biz model. Customers leaving like crazy, but with insane marketing spend, we're able to continue bringing new logos, just at lower and lower ARR. Obvs this impacts commissions. Company growth is unsustainable.
