I believe the C-suite is working diligently to address these challenges. Start-up life is not for the faint of heart. I will always want more money so the base compensation may seem low to me but be on target in the eyes of another.

Current Employee4.0Aug 18, 2023Good pay, decent comp plan, great product, good company, but extremely hard to sell during an economic downturn. AI is a hot however most companies outside of the F50 aren't bringing on new AI vendors or aren't mature enough data and skillset wise to take advantage of AI. Companies right now are more focused on "keep the lights on" and "cost reduction" activities.
