Sales at a high-growth company is competitive and comes with growing pains, but sales managers and fellow AEs are typically supportive and helpful.

If you come prepared to work hard you will succeed, quota is very attainable. Expect your input = output! Icing on the cake is the product, not a nice to have it's a MUST have.
