Poor leadership with decisions changing daily. Compensation models updated in the middle of a quarter and ops seems to hand down the quota at the latest possible moment, so they can adjust accordingly. Full focus on competition with constant bashing on Slack. Sharing competition information. Product is well developed for certain pockets of the market, but is still lacking for the enterprise space. Quality of implementation and onboarding is poor. Sales is expected to help onboard clients that have signed up. The company seems to chase every other hype.

Overall experience at Deel has been good. Definitely a start up, you need to be prepared to work hard and network internally in order to progress your career. Good product market fit. Internal processes need improvements but that is to be expected.
