SDRs lack progression opportunities within our region due to lots of external hiring rather than promoting internally to deserving candidates. Lots of changes affecting day to day work and ability to hit targets but rarely is there any 'give' here meaning the job is marginally but progressively getting more difficult over time.

So far it seems like the sky is the limit with Deel. I'm seeing potential for absolutely massive deals. New products are launching all the time, and the growth is extreme.
