Deel is a very fast-paced company with big goals. I've only had start-up experience and while the other companies had big dreams, they didn't have the funding. Deel does which makes my job 10x easier. I know every company says this, but I really mean it when I say you need to be able to handle fast-paced environments. Deel will definitely be going places in the future and I'm happy to know I got in at the beginning of that success.

For SMB EOR is a good fit, GP and engage semi. However most good accounts have gone to account managers at this point

Hiring too many reps too quickly, as well as removing accelerators - the opportunity to make good money is diminishing quickly.
