My overall experience has been great. At the beginning of my time here it was amazing, the company was growing and everybody was hitting quota. In the last couple of months, everything started changing even though we are releasing new products everything is slowing down, quotas are getting higher, less education budget, and everything is more restrictive.

Deel is a very fast-paced company with big goals. I've only had start-up experience and while the other companies had big dreams, they didn't have the funding. I think the base is okay and the OTE is good. Really you are getting an industry standard. However, bare in mind your only perk is remote working as an SDR. Culture and the team, can't complain for now
